This Program is designed to give our experts at Risk Free Merchant the ability to effectively evaluate your business, provide the proper assistance to our potential future clients, and save money on all of the processing needs of your business. Risk Free Merchant and other members of the Painless Group of Processors are confident in our ability to start saving money for your business, today. If we cannot, we will send you a check for $100.00 with no risk or contingencies. Simply upload your most recent merchant processing statement in the below field(s) so that our team of analysts can effectively evaluate your business and processing rates. We will then compute and calculate exactly how much money we can save your company. Once our evaluation is complete you will receive an email containing our Risk Free cost comparison allowing you to see your real savings. If we are able to offer lower rates than your existing processor we would like to be your new merchant service provider and offer you a $50.00 incentive to switch to Risk Free Merchant. This $50.00 is sent to you in addition to receiving and recognizing all the savings on your processing fees regardless of whether Risk Free Merchant can save you thousands of dollars a month in processing fees, we will still want to give you incentive to switch - consider it lunch on us, RISK FREE!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Must be a New Customers to enroll and is not applicable for existing clients or former clients of Risk
  Free Merchant and or the Painless Group of Processors.
• $50.00 dollar incentive will only be paid out upon approval of a processing account.
• $100.00 is payable to qualifying customers that we unable to provide savings to.
• Each customer can only participate once with each merchant account they switch over to Risk Free
  Merchant or members of the Painless Group of Processors.
• Must have an active merchant account to enroll or partake in the Program.
• Terminated Merchant File or MATCH merchants must be disclosed prior to participating.
• If a customer defrauds Risk Free Merchant or any members of the Painless Group of Processors or
  fraudulently sends statements of another business that they don’t reserve rights to send to Risk Free
  Merchant we exclusively reserve the right to decline sending any incentive monies and to report any such
  actions accordingly.
